What is Pilates?

I have been lucky enough to have her as my instructor for about 4 of the 5 years that I have been taking classes. Erica is tough, challenging and pushes you to your limits, but she makes every class rewarding and attainable!! Erica will correct you if you’re not in correct form, and also give you options if your body just isn’t up to certain moves for the day. Erica wants to make sure everyone in class does the moves correctly for safety but also to achieve the desired effects of the movement being done. It doesn’t matter the level of the class, if your moves are correct and you are connected you will shake and sweat (it hurts so good, lol), but she will make sure you succeed. I have taken her beginner classes and sweated and shook just as much as her advanced.
